At JDS, our mission is to provide high-quality gear that inspires your spirit, mind, and body. To keep our prices low and focus on our mission, we maintain the following strict return policy to limit liability and administrative costs.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All items purchased through jds.fit are sold on a "Final Sale" basis. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
2. SIZE CHART & FIT DISCLAIMER We provide detailed size charts for every garment to ensure you find the right fit.

Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to measure yourself and consult the chart before ordering.

Manufacturing Variance: You acknowledge that a standard industry "manufacturing tolerance" of up to 1 inch in length or width may occur and does not constitute a defect.

No Fit Guarantee: Because every body type is different (Spirit, Mind, and Body), we cannot guarantee how a garment will fit your specific physique. We are not liable for items that do not fit as expected if the garment matches the measurements provided in our charts.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival due to a manufacturing error.

Notification Window: You must notify us via email at [Your Email] within 48 hours of the delivery date as tracked by the carrier.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.

Approval: Once inspected and approved, we will ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Address Accuracy: JDS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Our liability ends once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered." We are not responsible for packages stolen from porches or mailboxes. We recommend tracking your shipment closely.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By purchasing JDS apparel, you agree that JDS and the JDS Team are not liable for any allergic reactions to fabrics, skin irritation, or injuries sustained while wearing our clothing. All apparel is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
6. HYGIENE & SAFETY In compliance with Florida health and safety standards, items that have been worn, washed, or removed from original internal packaging (specifically headwear or undergarments) cannot be returned or handled by our team under any circumstances.
